Dear Sir,
It has been a very unfortunate experience that I am facing for last 16 to 17 days, my one of the Shipment/consignment (Tracking # 31410560301) is missing for which I complained on 15/04/2020 and its ticket no is 3475142 but no action has been taken. Whenever I called the complaint center I got only one reply that we are looking into the matter. Some of the salient points regarding this complaint is as under:-
1- The shipment/Consignment is within the City i.e. Karachi.
2- It has been booked from Pakistan Refinery Ltd. on 06/04/2020 and has to be delivered on 07/04/2020 at my office at Zamzama, DHA, Karachi.
3- Tracking record shows that consignment has been sent back with remarks “Consignee Moved” on 07/04/2020.
4- But surprisingly on the very next day tracking record is showing that it has been delivered and received by “NAJAM” on 08/04/2020.
5- Finally it is lost and not received neither returned, and unfortunately not traced and responded in a professional manner.
The matter may not be very serious for you but it is very serious for me and in this case I am the only who is suffering the loss and bearing a lot of mental tension. So you are requested to please probe into the matter immediately, resolve the issue and update me accordingly.
