As per IATA regulations and rules a carrier service is supposed to inform within a specific time line the non delivery of mail assigned to them.
A letter ID 306023887497 was Booked at 4:17:17 on the 25/01/2018 to be delivered in Lahore from Karachi. It never reached its destination and despite reminders and several phone calls to its head office and agents whose names are Iteza, Nausat, Abida, Saif Abbas Zaidi all told lies and now the letter has gone. Missing! Is this called safe custody?
