My order (tracking # 5103930790) has been dispatched from Islamabad on 12 October 2024 for Palia. Which has gone to Sialkot due to the mistake of the TCS company. And I still haven’t received it. I have undergone a kidney transplant and its medicine is not available from here, so I ordered it from Islamabad. If I don’t take this medicine, my kidneys may get damaged when I have finished the medicine. And due to the mistake being in the medicine TCS warehouse for so many days, it might have also got spoiled. Which costs around Rs 70000. If my medicine gets spoiled and anything happens to my health then the TCS company will be totally responsible for it. I will also go to court against TCS and am also filing a complaint on the CM portal. When my order was booked for Phalia then why he went go to Sialkot. I have called the TCS helpline twice but there is no response from there either. Please do an inquiry about this matter so that I can be given justice.
