The shipment was booked on Saturday but not delivered on Monday (on day 3) I was chatting with an agent of TCS named *Maira* today and she said it *will be delivered today* even though I was arguing with her she was not replying I was waiting for her message and after 15 minutes of wait, she exits the chat I was still there for an answer of my question.
After her an agent I think name Zaiba told me the shipment was *delivered*. And again she was not replying to me I was waiting.
After *Mr. Umer*, he connected and not replied to me. After that, I call the TCS helpline and was informed the shipment had been delivered on 19th Dec but till now I haven’t received any confirmation from HEC.
Again I was connected with Mr. Umer and I said him almost 5 times to register a complaint but he replied just that my shipment is delivered.

Some agents were saying that the shipment was delivered some said it will be done today.

I have complaints
1. Against the shipment
2. Against wrong information about delivery
3. About the behavior of agents
4. Against my wasted time
