I am Dr. Numan Majeed. My driver booked a passport parcel by TCS (CN 40608035041) to send me from lahore. He write correct address except that in city he write Islamabad instead of Karachi.
I logged a complaint on 4th Feb (6269013). After that I was called by the TCS and tald that the parcel will be rerouted to Karachi and I will get it by Monday or Tuesday in karachi at the address mentioned.
On Monday night I called for status update as tracking information is not updated on website. I was told that it has reached Karachi and it will be delivered today. Only update in system is missing it will be updated.
Today I checked again it says delivery failure in Tarnool. How did it go to Tarnool? When address does not exists there how was it sent to Tarnool?
Secondly why was I mis-lead that it has reached Karachi?
Since last 3 days they are always saying wait we will call back and no call back. I have talked to their senior coordinator Ahsna and Noman yesterday and day before that, now both are not available or TCS staff is telling lie? Any senior coordinator whom I talk to becomes unavailable.
My father need to undergo surgery for which I have to travel and TCS is behaving like this

* Go to page
* Write TCS in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from TCS.

  1. Very third class service and very poor and lame excuses are given when shipment doesn’t reached to consumer
