My bank shipment had been delivered by karachi 3 to 4 times. Upon recieving by Peshawar Main area office, they would return it back to the karachi. I have made millions of calls to bank and TCS office to kindly deliver my courier as my atm card has been blocked since a month and i couldnt make transaction for last one month. I made a complaint to HBL they told me that they forward my shipment but Peshawar TCS dont deliver it to me and return it back. So they forwarded my shipment again on 6 october which got recieved by Peshwar office on friday at 11 am. Upon calling and asking them i requested them again to deliver it me on the same day. The TSC representative junaid bangash assured me that he will deliver it on friday and asked me that he will send me images of my shipment on whatsapp. Another point i want to mention that i have switched to another home address which i had told them on 1st call. I reconfirmed my home address to the TCS representative junaid bangash again to avoid any inconvenience. Today i called TSC to make sure about the updates. They told me that my shipment has been returned to Karachi at 3 pm. I request you to take action against my complaint and the concerned person. I am attaching images of my shipment junaid bangash sent me on friday and assured me to get it deliver on the same day. But instead he returned it back to karachi. I request you to take strict action against such irrespnsible and reckless attitude of the concerned person. I got highly suffered already due to unavailability of my Atm card.
