I had an extremely bad experience with TCS, not once but twice. I got my parcel shipped via TCS and they ensured it to me that it would arrive at the destination by the very next day, but it took 3 more days to deliver and when I tried to contact the customer service representatives didn’t bother to respond.. Pathetic customer service as well.

* Write TCS in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from TCS.
