I sent TCS to Toba Tek Singh on 30 the August, 2018 at 1028 Hrs vide CN 2364842704. Which was delivered to Toba Tek Singh on 30th August, 2018 at 1830 hrs. After 15 hrs passed that shipment has not been delivered yet. Now TCS timing are over and the shipment may be delivered tomorrow on 1st September. Why it is too late.
