Respected Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I renewed my driving license on 3th Aug 2021. They gave me a slip and said licence will be delivered at your doorstep within 2 days. As per DLS online portal they handover my license to TCS on 5th August. As you know Driving license is one of the most important document and always need to be carried while driving but TCS continuously delayed in delivery. I make a call on 9th August to TCS helpline, They said we’ll deliver by today but didn’t. I make a call next day then represntative said you will get it by today for sure but same thing happens again. Again 3rd day i make a call, they repeated the same lines, you i’ll get it today and launch a complaint but story repeat it self. I launch another complaint next day but i didn’t receive my license till writing and its 12th August. TCS took more than 7 days but still not delivered so much important document. Please take a necessary action against them.
