I have delivered gift to my fiance on her birthday.. They told me that she will receive your gift at around 11 in the morning on 12th march 2019. I told them specifically to deliver it before 22:00 as she is having birthday on 13th march… I called them in afternoon and asked that it is not delivered yet and again requested them to deliver it before 24:00. And when i called them around 22:00 they told that they will deliver it tomorrow on 13 march 2019 and cut the call..
Poor customer service as well as delivery service
