I booked a suitcase through TCS overland services from Karachi on 22 February. The suitcase was delivered on the 3rd of March after I complained to someone really high up.
The attitude below at several levels was unhelpful and unprofessional.
A very sad state of affairs for a company that claims to be the leading courier service of Pakistan.
