I had a tracking number 779240382611 provided by daraz for return of my parcel but TCS khanna branch didn’t process my return on the provided tracking.
I have kept in TCS branch for about one and half hour but they didn’t process my tracking and made an issue that my parcel couldn’t be processed as I am returning due to damage product. In this way with a bogus statement on the reason of my return they said they will only process the time if it was ok but I said why daraz then gave me a return tracking and in that case why I will be returning the product. I am returning it only because it is damage. But they didn’t lrovided their service to me. Kindly take notice of the issue and customer’s be provided a way out so that don’t go to TCS in case the service is not to be provided. They should opt another route for delivering their parcel and not ask TCS for their service. Customers be cleared in this regard what is the status of TCS in providing their service for delivering?
