I received my package through TCS from Islamabad to Quetta on 6th February, 2017. It clearly stated FRAGILE on packing, but when it arrived, the package was very badly damaged.I am the receiver and called TCS after half hour of receiving the package. We were issued complaint number but when the concerned person called in regards to our complaint, TCS made as though is was our mistake by not packing the parcel properly, TCS on the other had doe not allow for parcels to be packed and usually ask for parcels to be opened to ensure what is been sent. Beside the parcel cost, the postage cost 1,300 rs, and an additional amount as insurance. FRAGILE stickers bound the parcel, but everything inside was broken. TCS is courier service and we are costumers..we cannot go against TCS rules by bringing packed parcels as they will be opened and repacked. This was a birthday gift and we have sent images of the damages. If TCS cannot refund me for my package and postage cost then please take the receipt of gift and shop details, replace my gift and deliver it in one piece.
