I deliver 1 laptop LCD via tcs with insurance my LCD coast 10,000/= they charge delivery charges 1930/= plus insurance charges they checked proper before packing when my Frnd went for receiving he open box front of tcs person at his office LCD completely damage.then he called me I registered complain.tcs representative they don’t know how much Inshurance provide company they don’t know any thing and they sitting in tcs office so-called representative of tcs.she told me tcs will provide you 2% of insurance (it’s joking) they charged insurance for 2% and they provide insurance claim 2%.then after She told me your complaint resolve with 24 to 48 hours but still my complain under process after 5 days.i called 10 times in tcs they saying under process but not telling me actual time.
