Dear Sir/Madam,
I have submitted the HEC document attestation case on 25 Aug 2022 which was rejected on 2nd Sep 2022. OTP code for refund received on 11 Sep 2022. When i have claimed that refund TCS office representative said that system is not working. Again on 21st Sep 2022 I asked for refund he again said system is not responding at the moment . He generated further 2 OTP codes which I received on my cell but again system did not accept the OTP codes. he sad come in the evening. I visited same day in the evening, he again generate another OTP which was not received on my cell. He said complain on help line. on the spot I called and on the speaker . The lady said that she launch the complain and OPT will receive within 12 hours. but no OTP received. Today at 8:30 i call on helpline the lady replied that call after 9 I will connect you to the relevant department. the I call again at 11:13am the lady again launch the complain ask for wait.
I have claim of Rs. 2100 refund and spend Rs. 1000 on helpline calls for my refund and still no positive move. Now I have a question when you book the parcel you didnt launch any OTP. and if it is for security purpose then tell me Is it not enough that I am coming in person with my original ID card, original receipt , same registered contact number on which I receive OTP pin. After that what you need to prove that I am the same person who book the consignment. Why I am suffering for your system error ?
Who is responsible for my mental and physical struggle. Please highlight the issue and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
