I’ve sent the parcel, that your person at office said will be delivered in one day, I submit parcel on 13th July 2023 and it should be delivered on 14th July 2023,but till now it is not delivered. I asked your representative if they can deliver in one day then receive it otherwise I will use any other courier service company but he assured that the very next day the parcel will be delivered.
It cause a loss of money, waste of time and also cause tension for me
Now I would have to send some person to deliver the package by hand, so no advantage of taking your service, my money is also waste, your charges are also high
The parcel is from Gujarkhan to Jhelum, and the traveling time is just 1 and a half hour, but after 24 hours, your representative said my parcel is in transit.
Very bad experience, will never recommend TCS although I would warn others not to use your service
