I sent my luggage from Lahore to Gilgit through TCS overland service on 17th Nov 2021. After about a month only 2 out of 5 parcels have been delivered. I’ve been calling the customer service again and again. Every time they promise that a supervisor will contact me back but no one does. They misinformed me that all of my luggage has been traced and being delivered. However, they could only produce 01 item while 03 still go missing. There’s a very negligent and unprofessional attitude from their representatives. It seems as if no one is even taking my case seriously despite regular persual. I keep contacting them but the response is nil. Every one seems to blame the Lahore office staff from where I booked my luggage that they incorrectly marked my items (which is a negligence on their part but it is the customer who is suffering). They are not willing to resolve my case. I got stuck in Gilgit city as I had to report to skardu for my posting but couldn’t go without luggage. All of my belongings were in the said items but sadly there has been no positive response. This is so frustrating and tiresome that I’m absolutely disappointed as a customer. Someone should investigate the case, get my luggage delivered and also provide for the compensation for this huge delay and misinformation spread by the TCS representatives.
