I booked a delivery by TCS from DHA phase 5 TCS office to Rawalpindi today actually weighing 1.2 kgs , but since volume was more so TCS person put it in 3 kg box and displayed 3 kg weight on slip as attached to this COMPLAINT , so a shipment of RS 350/– became of RS 845/— SEE HOW MUCH I HAVE BEEN LOOTED ON THE PRETEXT OF VOLUME ..I WANT ACTION AGAINST TCS ON THIS ACT !
