I ordered a parcel through Ali express that was forwarded to TCS by SpeedAF for delivery. The TCS representative never contacted me i.e. Nobody called me that your package is being delivered. Instead I received an update from Ali Express that recipient refused delivery. Are you people in your right mind, why would I refuse delivery when I don’t even know that my package is being delivered. I’ve waited more than a month for my package and already paid for it. Why would I recipient refuse delivery?
I’m highly disappointed in who ever submitted the report that I refused receiving the package. Nobody confirmed from me.
Either resolve this problem or unfortunately I’m going to sue your firm in court.
