Dear Sir/Madam!
I have sent a shipment (consignment no 4565891478) containing kids cloth for eid on 6 July 2022 and I preferred TCS Express over Government of Pakistan Postal Service for sole reason of speedier delivery but today till 1330 hrs on 9 July 2022 the consignment has not been delivered. I have paid a Rs 450 which in Pakistan Post could have been not more than Rs 150. In spite of charging such huge amounts these courier companies are not performing their promised duties. I request you to take serious action against the company as there may be instances where necessary documents etc must reach before the expiry same as these kids clothes which are meant for eid.
