Greetings!
I am writing to register a complaint regarding a driver employed by TCS Chenab Nagar. This driver has been involved in activities that indicate mistrust and corruption within the company. I kindly request you to track the driver’s record and initiate a confidential inquiry into the matter. For further details, please refer to the records of June 3, 2023, Saturday. The official van departed at approximately 8:44 PM with the intended destination being Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore, to arrive at around 11:44 PM. The van was loaded with parcels. However, the assigned driver for this duty allowed two private individuals to travel in the van, charging them a significant fee. This unauthorized use of the official van and the driver’s exploitation of the situation is highly inappropriate. The individuals were dropped off near Lahore, specifically at Kala Shah Kaku, after being charged 1000 rupees each. Such actions tarnish the reputation of TCS. I kindly request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take necessary action, including the immediate termination of the driver’s employment. It is worth noting that the driver has disclosed receiving a monthly salary of 22,000 rupees from the company.
