My ATM cards, cnic and other Banks documents were booked from TCS office Khanna pull Isd to okara cantt on 14 Feb 2020 vide CN: 5067086528 and was required to reach at okara on 15 Feb 2020. On 15 Feb 2020, I visited to TCS office okara for receipt of subject parcel but not avail at TCS office okara and as per statement of concerned staff that all mail who booked on 14 Feb 2020 at Isd have been received at okara and your parcel has been misplaced or not despatched due to negligence of staff of TCS office Isd. Due to subject negligence of staff of your department, I loss of RS. 60,000/-. I purchased a plot and agreement with a 2nd party that payment of Rs. 100,000/- will be pay on 15 Feb 2020 and in case of non payment on due date RS. 60,000 as a fine will be surcharge. I paid the Rs. 1,60,000/- due to non receipt of my bank documents due to your department staff. All my financial loss of Rs. 60,000/- is reason of your staff negligence. Please take necessary action and give me my loss amount for the Rs. 60,000/-, because reason of my loss is your department. Otherwise I file a case with authority concerned for justice.
