TCS delivery system
Delivery service of TCS is always very sluggish and slow. Letter from Haripur to abbottabad (town qalandarabad) is delivered after 3 days minimum. The time of letter delivery has exceeded more than 3 days several times. If we travel from Haripur to abbottabad (qalandarabad) it takes only 30 minutes and vehicle fare is only 70 rupees, so how it is wise to choose TCS for our consignment even it is not delivered in 24 hours?

The envelope was delivered to the consignee on 21-SEP-21. We would like to know the reasons of such a long delayed delivery to the consignee. An urgent action will be highly appreciated.
