a fraudi shipment of AL online store with order no 7726516441 delivered to me in broken seal by delivery person of TCS on 3 sept 2021 11 am.
on same day i lodged complain for same to on line no 111 123 456 the complain no 4623421. the respnd person gave assured me to return back amount of RS. 2200 in 72 hours after completion of inquiry. the fake on line storage bag owner mohd ghalib cell no 0316 8915745 was worked with TCS persons to functional his fraud shop. while TCS facilitated him on every step. it is amazing that TCS instead of resolving my grievences sent me sms after 45 days of complain that you recueved safe delivery!!!!!!!.
woow very surprizing for me and all customers. it is also bad for the credibility of company. why TCS provides shoulders to fake and fraudi so called companies and when customer with in time urge to TCS this type of response recieved after 45 days!!!!!!!
