I am sorry to say that it is second time that TCS is not delivering the documents/ delivery items to the receiver, else they return to sender even without calling or informing the receiver.
Legal action is sought to be taken against TCS services please

* Write TCS in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from TCS.
