I have received TCS parcel today as at 25/02/2023
When delivery boy arrived and he called me then he knocked the door and i was in the washroom my sister came to collect the parcel but the behaviour of delivery boy was very rude with my sister. When i cam back from the washroom the delivery boy was gone. I called him back and asked about the reason of this behaviour then he also abusing me on the phone and against misbehaved with me and then cut the call
This is also question mark on system and human resource of this company. I already shifter my consignment to other company due to these behaviours already faced by me.
