It is stated that I am an HBL account holder, HBL dispatched me my HBL ATM CARD 6 months ago that was delivered by TCS DASKA to some other person of same name tcs tracking id# 30333453245 . Today after applying again I received message from HBL dated 13 January 2020 (Your HBL DebitCard has been dispatched with TCS tracking ID # 30345294693. It will be delivered at your registered mailing address within next 7 days) on visiting and for collecting my HBL ATM Card TCS Daska tell me that they returned back being undelivered. They haven’t called me and not even try to deliver it at my home address despite I live in center of the city I.e college road.
Kindly look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible. Because it cast me very much in terms of money and time as well.

Very very bad service..extremely poor….karachi se parcel aya tha mera inho ny na contact kia na koi koshish ki ghar deny ki…hfta rakh rakh k wapis apny pas dobara karachi bhej dia..is manager ko foran nikala jaey .is k anay se pehly aisa nahi tha parcel zaror deliver hota tha.iska attitude problem hai isko pta hi nahi k ye kia krta rehta hai
