My Credit Card which was sent to me by my bank HBL Karachi is delivered to a wrong person by TCS staff!
TCS delivery boy never contacts and return the parcel back by writing fake statusses that consignee did not attend the call!
twice the card was sent to the bank and now third time delivered to the wrong person!
