I placed an order for glucose testing strips on dawaii.pk on April 19, 2021. The same day I received a text message confirming my order against credit card payment and a CN number was provided with a message that shipment has been handed over to TCS for delivery. There was no mention of when the medicines will be delivered. After waiting for 3 days I called dawaii.pk and I was told that delivery takes 3-4 days. Now today is April 26th and still no sign of these medicines. Just contacted TCS and filed my complaint.
