Dear Sir,
This is regret to inform you that, we are using TCS services since long and really disappointed from you that when i dispatch the parcel from Daulatpur to karachi as mention tracking number 20001219574, your delivery person did not do his job and have to dispatched to designated place even no single phone call at mentioned Number i.e 03002674305 & 03332706333, after i lodged the complaint against this, the attention person went to your main TCS office and collected the parcel. If you could not deliver to designated place and we have to come you for collecting then why we pay the rupees if you cannot entertain to your customer , so kindly investigate the complaint ID as mentioned in subject and revert back to me with positive feedback or else return the fees we have paid you.
