Tcs chakwal office called my father from land line number 0543602211. Operator inform my father to collect package from tcs office chakwal. This was the only information they gave. Tcs do not pick this number when you call back. When I approach tcs office. Person on information desk ask me from which number you got a call and also about tracking number.
Here how do I know the tracking number neither you gave me this number nor the sender. Usually sender do not share tracking specially when it is from government offices.
TCS chakwal has no working scenario of tracking undelivered package. Staff has a bad behaviour including manager no customer care at all
بہت ہی گندی سروس ہے ۔ان لوگوں کی لاپرواہی کی وجہ سے میرا پارسل جو کہ کراچی سے منگوایا گیا تھا اور میرے لیے بہت قیمتی تھا اس کی پےمینٹ بھی پہلے سے کر چکی تھی ۔جب میرا پارسل یہاں پہنچا ان لوگوں نے نہ مجھے کوئی کال کی نا مسجد کہ اپنا پارسل ریسیو کریں ۔اور میرا پارسل ان لوگوں نے میرے علم میں لائے بغیر واپس بھیج دیا اور مجھے بہت نقصان ہوا۔ پارسل کے آنے اور جانے کے سارے چارجز مجھے دینے پڑے ۔
دوسری بات جب پہلے کبھی بھی پارسل ریسیو کرنے جاؤ لوگوں کا رویہ بہت ہی برا ہوتا ہے کسٹمر کے ساتھ
خدارا ان کو کڑی نگرانی میں رکھا جائے ۔یہ لوگ آخر تنخواہیں کس چیز کی لیتے ہیں
