Dear sir,
This is the second time as i could not receive my bank parcel due to poor communication and poor delivery .yesterday when i visited nearby tcs center sector i -9 Islamabad they didn’t give me parcel after tracking it and said that we are returning it back to bank and its impossible to find it in the bags this time .kindly improve communications and delivery
