My delivery address was clearly mentioned on the envelope and additionally before delivery, i called 3 times on TCS helpline, spoke with reps and each time i confirmed and gave the delivery address and request them to please deliver my envelope on that address. Furthermore i wait 2 days on delivery address specially for the delivery but no one came to deliver address, no call recieved regarding delivery, and a man now i got a message from TCS saying that your shipment has been returned to origion due to adress can not be located. Now let me know that what is this kind of service??? And my phone number remained active so if you were not able yo locate my address which did you not tried to call me?? I very dis_appointed i will also give a review online with zero rating and very bad as possible service.
