My very important document was dispatched from shakargarh to islamabad on 8.1.21 vide CN no. 1465403296 but same was delivered by TCS at unknown place and as per record, it was got received from mr.ali…what an professional attitude is that document was delivered to irrelevant person.now I have called twice on tcs helpline and requested them to trace my document or share the cell no.of mr.ali who received my document but tcs has put deaf ear. My document is of very important nature and I need it urgently. Kindly take the strict disciplinary action who delivered at wrong location to irrelevant person and trace my document as it was duty of the rider to deliever document to only addresee.
