Hello.
I had place an order on the 16th of November for a TCL S64 – 32 Smart HD LED TV – Black”. I was supposed to get it on the 21st of November. I paid through my Credit Card. Its the 3rd of November, I still have not received my order. I have complained on chat and calls countless times but to no satisfaction. All I get is lame excuses and copy paste messages.
This is really wrong that I have to wait for my order.
Please, if there is any humanity in the daraz team, send me my order. I work very hard for my money. And it seems to me that daraz doesnt want to give my money back nor refund my item nor give my order.
