sir i did a transaction throigh easypaisa on their mini app named “Tapshop” on sunday 28th of august 2022 .My transaction id is ID#17944800895 and of second voucher is ID#17944692900 and order id is tap-62589212 and second tap-13423753 worth 230 rupees each . i tried to contact them on their helpline but they said me there is nothing they can do about it and that you have to send and email and it will solve ur problem till 24 hours. right now its more then 24 hours and i havent recieved any email or call . I want my refund or my vouchers as soon as possible. Thanks
