I subscribed for just Tapmad Tv Rs 1 offer last year and then didnt extend the subscription. From some time, i was noticing that either amount is deducted automatically from my Easy Paisa account on 0331-5323234 or i get message that your balance is insufficient for payment to Pi Pvt Ltd. I contacted Easy Paisa team to check why these deductions are made and they told me that Tapmad is making the deductions and they are not able to stop this, only tapmad team can cancel the subscription or i can download the app and cancel the subscription myself. I downloaded the app and tried to login but it says that no account exists on my number. I then contacted Tapmad helpline and asked them to cancel the subscription and they assured that it will be cancelled but till now i didnt get any message for its cancellation. I request to please push Tapmad team to cancel the subscription and refund all the deductions made against my will and without my knowledge as i never subscribed to any of their normal subscription except that Rs. 1 one-time subscription. Due to this continuous deduction issue, i am unable to keep any amount in my Easy Paisa account for daily usage.
