Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Raja, would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding unauthorized deductions from my Jazzcash account number 0340-1384933 by TAPMAD. They have been deducting Rs. 400 per month, even though I never subscribed to their service.
I contacted TAPMAD customer support to resolve this issue, but they did not provide a satisfactory response. They refused to cancel my subscription or refund the deducted amount.
This is an unfair and fraudulent practice that has caused me financial loss. Therefore, I request the PTA to:
1. Direct TAPMAD to stop further deductions from my account.
2. Ensure that the previously deducted amount is refunded.
3. Take necessary action against such unauthorized charges to protect other users from similar issues.
I urge you to take prompt action on my complaint. If you require any further details or evidence, I am happy to provide them.
