I can’t unsubscribe because the app or website doesn’t process my request, it always says data not updated, when I try to unsubscribe and every month amount is deducted from my jaazcash automatically.

How to file a complaint against Tapmad?
* Go to page
* Write Tapmad in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Tapmad.
