I have purchased new Wagon R on 9th June,2018 and i am facing two issues related to manufacturing faults which are as per under:-
1. Car Self is not working
2. Substandard Tyre of General Company.
1. My car self is not working and upon visit to Madni Motor ( Authorised Dealer of Pak Suzuki ) today on 9th July they said it’s not fall under warranty you have to pay for this as car is driven 4000 KM Only. And upon registration of compaint to HO Pakistan they are willing to repair but my concern is why they didn’t done that upon my arrival and secondly i don’t want to repair this i want to replace this with new part.
2. When i have received the car it was bubling i approached to Madni Motors 2 time for same reason and they did not respond appropriately i told him that tyre is swell (Anwar) rubbed his hand on tyre and said it’s minor issue it will be resolved after few miles drive i contacted incharge there named ( Hassan ) he reffered me again to Anwer who said the same thing again. After few days tyre got brust from the point to which i highlighted to them.
Further i approached to them again and they said it’s vendor part we have no responsibility you may contact General Tyre for claim.
When i contacted General tyre they said tyre is swell slighlty but we cannot claim because it’s brust you may contact company if they will write us we will change that.
Than i contacted Lahore Office of Pak Suzuki and they reffered me back to Madni Motors where Hassan & Anwer denied there statement and said i don’t remember when you have came.
I request you to look into the matter and take strick action against the Dealer who is providing substandrd services on the name of Pak Suzuki which is impairing the good will of the company and generating a bad reputation or trained them enough to deal with coustomer with good manners.
