I purchased alto vxl from suzuki tharparker motors mirpurkhas in 2021. The center offered me a package of oil change, filter change and tuning till 20000 kms at price of 14,000. At 10000, they charged me and said that if you pay now your service at 15000 and 20000 kms will be free. At 15000 kms, I went to center for service and they said the policy is change so you have to pay. Now what is this behavior from the company. I want my refund back.
