Dear Pak Suzuki team,
Yesterday I have received y vehicle from Suzuki Khalid Motors, Lahore. The behaviour of sales staff was very rude. Especially Sales representative Mr. Ali. He misbehaved with me when I asked him regarding warranty booklet and Suzuki manual.
He replied that it is his responsibility to check / verify documents of vehicle at time of delivery.
I am a regular user of Suzuki Cultus AGS, maintained through Suzuki 3 S dealership, record can be verified. Car Reg. No. BNH-316.
I was not expecting such a ridiculous behaviour from sales team of Suzuki Khalid Motors, Lahore. I hope Pak Suzuki will take up that matter seriously.
