I have been charged for the 3rd consecutive month against account # 7210810000, excessive billing, this time on account of PUG, my meter is off because the premises is vacant since few years, Every now and then, they charge me excessive billing sometimes as “Adjustment of Nil Consumption”, sometimes they charges few units while my meter reading is still standing same since last two years. On November and December 2020, they charged me Adjustment of nil consumption, against which i lodged complaint and they corrected, this month (3rd consecutive time) they brought new PUG charges on a meter unused due to no one staying, i was paying minimum charges bill honestly, so SSGC has now resorted to new gambling, how come a PUG is applicable on a meter remained off since many years with empty premises? kindly remove the pug charges and send updated bill
