Subject: Current month bill ID -01602430009 showing Adjustment amount Rs-2718/-
Dear Sir,
How can you charge the amount without supplying gas, the period you are charging, no gas was
available at my house due to faulty meter/low gas pressure which was once checked by your maintenance team on one of
my lots of complaints. Details attached.
My house was on no gas supply and used gas cylinder throughout months and year.
It is requested that my case may please examined in detail, and if not possible for you to withdraw the charges,
I may please be allowed to present my case to OGRA or SECP/court of law which ever can consider my case.

And about more than 30 complaints, details attached, non of my complaint attended till I lodged complaint on your website for replacement of faulty meter.
Now you are sending me charges extra for the gas consumption where no gas was available in my house, and I had to spend RS-6000 to Rs-8000/-per month on gas Cylinder, for which I will lodge claim for recovery to your company in the court of law.
Therefore it is requested to good self to withdraw these charges before the due date so the bill could be paid in time.
