Respected Sir,
(1) I write to state that I submitted an application for sui gas connection on [protected] at sui gas office Attock. I visited the said office on 1st January, 2018 at that time I come to know that address of my given appliction is not matched with the computer system of SNGPL, that address was wrongly entered by the office clerk (Mr. Bashir) of said office. Then told me that I will be apply for new application for amendment of that address, then applied again for said purpose and submitted an application to sales officer Noor Zaman of Sui Gas office Attock Branch r4on 04 January, 2018.My given address was (i) Near sher-e-punjab Teen Meela Attock city, but the office clerk entered address like :- (ii) Near sher-e-punjab Shakar Dara Attock.
(2) I humbly requested that my address for sui gas connection may please be amend after that I will be able for gas connection. I will be very thank full to you. Address:- (Near sher-e-punjab Teen Meela Attock city).
