Respected Sir, my Name is Ruqaya Bashir widow of M.Bashir who died on 02.04.2016 and he was policy holder No 6057054350 Against his CNIC no 36401-0659322-5 . But m sorry to say that todate m waiting For Claim from your office. While Mohammad Rasheed SM-784585 SLIC agent who furnished this policy in your office and got real docoments after death of my husband to finalize my claim but He always decieved us whenever contacted him at hos cell no 0306-6940217 . He malafidely always replied that my claimed policy documents are under observation in Sahiwal SLIC office. plz submitt my complaint and help me as urgent as u can so that i over come my daily necessities of life.
