here is Noman Nawaz.. from garden west, Karachi. today 17th march 2017 when i went to the mezan Bank (Garden west karachi branch) which is near to my home to pay my utility bills so they refused to pay my utility bills. & said our system is not working. it is not just of their today excuse, every month when there is a last date of utility bills. so they always excuse like sytem is not working, the bill paying employee isn’t came e.t.c
so it’s my request to State Bank of Pakistan to please take an action against Garden west Karachi branch of Mezan Bank for our better services
