Dear Concerns,
I took ready line loan from silk Bank (Kalma Chowk) Branch One year ago Worth(115000)0. I have paid my payments on time. In August 2016 i decided to settle my acct.One of the supervisor (Junaid) Came to me and said we will wave off your extra charges and you can pay your principal amount (115000).I agreed to pay my principal amount of 115000 and write an applications to their concerns regarding this, I agreed to pay my principal amount in 10 months. One of the silk Bank rep Zaigham Came to me and collect my first payment towards settling my readyline Acct.When i asked him for the Confirmation letter he said he will provide me the letter in one or two days.I called him continuesly but he said i will convey your letter when you will pay the 2nd Payment.I paid the 2nd payment but he did not provide me the letter and said the same story. Today i visited the branch and met their manager .He said you will recieve your letter once you pay 26000 till november 24 otherwise your payments will be revoke and will adjusted in your markup.I informed him about the manupulation of his agents and informed him that i have never informed this thing before he starts yelling on me.I would like State Bank investigate my case and note down this manupulation done by Silk Bank’s Concerns.Regards
