im not only a HBL Family Member but also an Advocate.The Reason For writing today is to Educate Myself About Banking Practices in Pakistan.
Below Is the List of Issues i would like you to Explain Please :
1)Charges for Debit Card
2)SMS Alert Charges
3)Statement Printing Charges –
4)Cheque Book Issuing Charges
5)Same Bank / Different Branch
6)Charges on Setting Direct Debit
7)Limited Online Banking
I Have Lived Overseas and i believe i can share insight (my experience being a customer) of Banks Who are Doing Great on International level and still put
their customers First.
All the Above Mentioned Things Do not make any sense to me, Why Does Bank charge customer for these basic facilities.
5th Point is more of Technical issue. if you have account in Natwest Bank, You Can get into any of Natwest Branch and Get Your Query Sorted. Dont You Think
Pakistani Banks Have Failed to Upgrade themselves.
