Dear Sir,
Consumer No. 3774188525, Meter No. 17442995,
Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has started sending inflated bills to me in the name of Passing Unregistered Gas (PUG)/Slow Meter Charges. SSGC imposed the additional PUG levy + PUG GST on my bills . The details are as under
Billing Month Pug Charges Pug GST TOTAL
July 2021 396/- 67/- 463/-
August 2021 396/- 67/- 463/-
September 2021 396/- 67/- 463/-
These PUG charges & PUG GST are unfair, unjustified and a panic to me. There is no geyser and no other gas appliance under use at my residence. We only use stove to cook food and my bill is still on higher side without any rhyme and reason.
Refund the PUG Charges and PUG GST totaling Rs. 1289- immediately from July 2021 to September 2021
If the SSGC feels that the gas meter is aging and is unable to record the correct gas use. Then get it replaced with the correct meter under prior intimation to me.
Refrain charging any other levies on my above meter in future.
I hope SSGC pay attention to my request favorably and address it with a SMILE
